- TCTung CMar 14, 20251.0Appointment got cancelled without any call or message. Next available time will be next month. The staff just doesn’t want to work as either because they have the same salary no matter how many dogs they groom or they have problems in scheduling. Huge disappointment. Hope the manager or business owner sees the issue.
- PWPark WJun 18, 20231.050% WET UNDERCOAT and NO NAIL CLIPPING: Paid GBP 57 for a full grooming. I have visited The Groom Room Salford for a year. My dog is a Samoyed and he is a double-coated breed. Yesterday 17 June 2023, I ordered a Full Grooming package GPB 45 plus 4 for GBP 7. I have requested that nail clipping is needed. And the staff confirmed several times. However, after two hour grooming, I found that my dog's undercoat is still wet at the Grooming Room. When I pushed my hand into my dog, it likes a wet towel inside. The groomers did offer extra growing time to fix it. They were kind and helpful. But I refused. Instead, I dried my dog by myself for an hour to make sure he is 100% dry. The trigger point of writing this reviews is that my dog has no clipping yesterday. If the groomers haven't do the clipping, at least, they should inform me when I pick up my dog. It is not the first time I paid extra for clipping but got nothing. In Feb, I paid Bath package for 35 pounds and 4 for 7 pounds options for clipping. The clipping wasn't done. The groomer said his nail was not too long. They automatically substituted random 4 options.
